My MacBook Air had been acting up for a while. I was to the point where I was debating on buying a new computer but didn’t want to spend a ton of money when I don’t really use a computer that much and the holidays are approaching so not a good time to spend a lot of money on that kind of stuff. I got a free diagnostic screening at a location in Huntington Beach and decided to get some comparisons. I’ve always had good luck on ThumbTack so immediately I got a bunch of replies. I noticed a reply from Brenda and contacted her telling her what the location in HB was charging and what they said I needed done. Brenda gave me an honest quote, I bought the hard drive that she suggested and she came over to install it. She was quick, helpful (she even helped me with my iPhone and iwatch), and so accommodating. She came to my house and was so comfortable to be around. I highly suggest Brenda for any services she offers. It’s like I have a brand new computer! I will forever be using Brenda’s services anytime I can! She did the job for half the amount I was quoted at the HB store and she even added 50% more hard drive storage than the HB location was going to install. She is the best, I highly recommend her services!
