Jonathan got me into incredible shape. I was out of shape and chubby prior to seeing Jonathan. Now I'm lean, stronger, and at a healthy weight. Also, he is a great martial arts and Krav Maga coach. I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.

He comes from a solid background of various sports, training athletes, and the newest, most beneficial workouts to meet individual needs. I really enjoyed my sessions with Hugo– he’s calm, knowledgeable, and listens to what your goals are and what you want out of a personal training experience. Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and designs every session to be challenging (& somehow fun). Since meeting Hugo, it’s the first time I’ve ever looking forward to training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions varies. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.

I have enjoyed starting my fitness training. Jobi has been very patient with me and has taken the time to tailor my workout to my specific needs. Knowing when to push me or to encourage me, he has been very professional and his experience and knowledge in this field is evident. I especially appreciate how flexible his schedule is.
Last winter I was fortunate enough to meet Paul and start my physical training program. I approached Paul with the lack of motivation to push myself to the level I desired. I wanted drastic results. I was ready to sculpt my body into top shape after having my second child. Although I am accustomed to weight training and competed in Division I college sports, I was a novice to Paul's style of training. I am constantly challenged by his weight training workouts which are infused with explosive squats, plyometrics, and sprints to name just a few. After six weeks, I had achieved more than I would have thought possible. The benefits included: a substantial drop in body fat (my leanest yet), increased overall body strength and energy, accelerated stamina, stabilized mood after recently having a baby, and sound sleep. After two years, I still look forward to each workout, and prepare for each session like I am pitching in the college world series, as he continuously keeps me guessing by introducing new skills and methods to keep my interest.
I don't really have enough good things to say about Manuk. I needed a trainer for two main reasons, the first was due to a broken foot in three places took me from an athletic level training to learing how to walk all over again. As I was going through that I lost someone I loved very much and I became depressed- I needed a push to get back on track and take care of myself. Manuk understood my goals and had more than enough knowledge to help me work through my injury and get me stronger then ever. He also understood the emotional pain I was dealing with and has become an integral part of my healing process. Manuks training isn't for the faint of heart, if you have goals you want to crush and your serious about get there then he is the perfect choice for you. Expect to work hard, be kept accountable and reach new levels on a daily basis. I know dozens of trainers- Id recommend Manuk before any of them.

So many times I have tried to lose the weight that I gained over the last 10 years. I wanted to feel that confidence again when I looked at my body in the mirror. I have tried many diets, gym memberships, DVDs and other trainers. I crossed paths with Meghan through my daughter and it was one of the best things that could have happen to me. I was at a low point with feeling that I was never go to lose the weight and would probably never get back the confidence. Meghan was my trainer for 4 months and in that time I found someone that not only knows whats she is talking about but each and every time I trained with her she was not only my motivational support in my physical growth but emotional as well. She helped me look in the mirror and not see all the imperfection but all the wonderful accomplishments I was making with my strength and cardio training! Meghan loves what she does and it shows in the way she lives and in the way she lets you know she is invest in YOU, it not just a job to her. She will walk you through a grocery store and teach you what to look for, she will text or email you recipes, she will educate you on workouts and she will teach you about the importance of a healthier you rather than a thinner you, that will come with just learning to be healthy. My knowledge on exercise and food has come so far and I have been working on my own using the tools she taught me to continue toward my overall goal. This time I know I will reach them and the game changer was her.
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.
We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!
Excellent hands on personal training. The motivation you need to take yourself to the next level. Variety of workouts including outside field conditioning days, doing stairs and lifting weights. Definitely recommend signing up if you want to whip yourself into shape!
Worth every penny for sure. First, the facilities at Next Level Fitness are top notch and allow for variation in exercises. Equipment very well maintained. Lee is the type of trainer who listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve that. I wanted someone to motivate me and push me and he was awesome at increasing intensity when needed while being very careful about avoiding injury. Knowing that I am a runner, Lee didn't focus as much on cardio. Instead, he tackled my weaknesses by focusing on compound movements and core exercises since I'm a beginner in strength training. In short, he is not a cookie-cutter trainer. The warm up and stretch routines he taught me have been very helpful in maintaining healthy and happy joints (specially since I run frequently). Furthermore, he helped learn how to continue training on my own beyond our sessions, unlike other trainers who just want your money. I feel prepared to hit the gym on my own for a while, but I will definitely be coming back to Lee. He is very flexible with his time and will go out of his way to accommodate you. Always on time, always prepared, very organized, and overall a pleasant person to be around.
I met with Joe today and the lesson was amazing. He was very easy to follow and he made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone. If you're looking for a great workout for a good price Joe is your guy.
Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.
EG's Training is very personal and professional, knowledgeable and encouraging, I went in not wanting to waist my money on a trainer, I found he wanted to help me to meet my goals and to exceed my expection of a trainer. And he did. I went in at 240 my goal was to get down to 170. I got down to 160 size 20 to size 10. I've never been a 10 ever.
Coach Sarah's method is - not to be dramatic - life changing. After motherhood changed my body completely, my only goal in teaming up with Sarah was to "get feet on pavement" as she said. Literally that's all I wanted -- Accountability and motivation to get me out jogging. Then it turned into a 10k race that I won medal that said "top 100 female finisher" (not many people at the race but it's still a victory!) which now turned into half marathon training! In 2009, I said to myself "never running a half marathon again" after my first Disneyland Half, and in 4 weeks I'll run my 2nd. All because her method restored this mamma's "runner's high." She's sweet, incredibly encouraging, but tough! Thank you coach for giving me back my love of running!
