FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we start by talking over the phone and seeing if anything specific from our menu stands out. We like to know if there are any particular food preference. From there, we go into the logistics of other needs such as dietary, rentals, bar/tenders, etc. Then we write a formal contract proposal which includes a menu as well as all the other details. Once our customer reads the proposal, they let us know if they need to make any adjustments. We are always very flexible and understanding of our customers' needs. After we have reached a satisfactory agreement, the customer pays a deposit in order for us to lock in the date. This process can take anywhere from one day to several weeks, depending on the client and their needs. After we receive a deposit, we are happy to make additional changes and adjustments up to 72 hours prior to the event. Our contract goes into further details but we make every effort to satisfy last minute changes.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently catered a month long film shoot in Boston. Every day was different and exciting as there were multiple locations and changes throughout each week. It was very gratifying to have the cast and crew really look forward to every meal they enjoyed with us.
