What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a small $150.00 consultation fee discounted toward attorney's fees should Clients hire me for their legal services and I decide to take their case. My consultation fee is non-refundable. The first 15 minutes are free. I am fair and I always work with my Clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an in-person consultation with a potential new Client to see if he or she has a basis for filing a legal claim. From there, we continue building our attorney-client relationship by entering into an attorney-client agreement. Our attorney-client agreement forms the basis of our professional relationship from the start through completion and resolution of your legal claim. Together, as an attorney-client team, we strive for the best results for our case!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from an esteemed and the oldest California Accredited Law School in the State of California; and, I earned my license to practice law in the State of California.
