I also do catering and food services with my team at Eat Your Heart Out Catering. We differ from the rest because of our distinct training and backgrounds of each of us. Danielle graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008, and from there was blessed to work her way up through the Top Restaurants in CA & NY. She also is a Food Network Show Winner! She now works as a Private Chef and as the Head Chef for our team. Alessandro is an Italian Native who grew up working in his parents Italian restaurant as their server, bartender and host. He has an exquisite knowledge of Italian wines and liquers as well as a growing specialization in fine spirits and designer cocktails. Angel has degrees in Health Science, Nutrition and Business. Her areay of knowledge has been specifically combed together to create our head of Healthy based cuisines, Special Diet mastering, and teaches healthy cooking classes as well. Her passion for fresh made desserts and personal life as a Pescatarian Athlete also helped make her our Dessert Specialist and Seafood lead.
