- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer: – One free initial phone/video consultation where I can learn more about your needs and explain my styling process – Standard or Customized packages tailored to your specific styling needs – Special discounted rates for monthly, seasonal, and yearly commitment bookings – Referral discounts *If you're interested in pre-loved second hand pieces and vintage, I own an online shop where you'll have access to all the vintage apparel, accessories & shoes at discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone consult, I'll send you my standard packages and/or a customized package based on what we previously discussed. If you decide to move forward, I request a small booking deposit in order to get started. Once received, I'll send you a Style Survey to fill out and we go from there! I work with clients both in person or remotely. Almost all my services can be done remotely through email, phone/video calls and shared google documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed an Image Consulting course at City College of San Francisco as well as a Sustainability in the Apparel Industry at Orange Coast College. I'm currently working towards a Sustainability in the Apparel Industry Certificate at OCC.
