She is a great teacher, I have been took a lot of Chinese classes with her, and my Chinese friends said I have been improved a lot. I hope I could spend more time with her, and she is really unique. She was not only teach how to speak Chinese, but also talked a lot about Chinese culture and her own experience which is awesome! I love her !!

Nemon is an absolutely excellent Chinese teacher, who really loves what she does and helps her students to succeed. Regardless of your current chinese level, I am sure that Nemon will be a great teacher for you. Her English is also really good, and she is amazing at substituting English words as she speaks so you can understand her while speaking Chinese - an excellent way to become more conversational in Chinese. She also many resources to help you!!!

Guy is a young and energetic instructor. I never studied Chinese before his class. I was terrified because Chinese is a difficult language to study. Guy offered lessons that was very easy to understand.

Kelly is an amazing Chinese teacher. She has been teaching me for several years now and has helped me enormously. Kelly is always patient and understanding when I struggle to remember a word or phrase. I like the way that she will teach you the basics so you feel you are making progress and then return to your pronunciation or phrasing over time to gradually improve the way you say things. Kelly also helps you remember words by making connections with ones you already learned. She builds up a self-reinforcing web of concepts and meanings that make it much easier to learn than if you were just trying to study on your own. She is also very flexible if you just want to learn to speak as many previous teachers I tried insisted that I also learn the writing which is not useful to me and wastes a lot of time and energy.  On my last trip to China I really noticed how much I have improved and I would definitely give Kelly most of the credit for that.
