• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My rate for couples counseling is $150/session, and for individual therapy, it is $100/session. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  The initial session is focused on getting to know you and what you want out of therapy. I listen to your story so that I can understand your experiences and perspectives. I work a lot with the inner child, so I may ask questions about your childhood and what that was like for you.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a master's in Spiritual Psychology and am about to complete a second master's, in Clinical Mental Health. I have many certifications in energy healing modalities (e.g. Reiki, ThetaHealing, tapping) but my work is focused solely on psychotherapy now. I have spent years being trained under couples counseling therapists and eating disorder specialists.
