Jeremy helped us out of a tough situation with a last minute move, after our U-Haul fell through. He stopped what he was doing on a Saturday and was at our place within two hours to help us and we’re so grateful. We will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for movers.

Both Jeremy and Jose were very personable I felt like they generally cared about my project. I originally hired another company “My Movers” also from Thumbtack, to move my furniture to my garage one week and return after the room was painted and the floors refinished to move my furniture back in. Unfortunately the first company didn’t respond for the 2nd half of the job. Jeremy responded quickly and followed back up when I confirmed. They were conscientious about not damaging my floors and patient when I was not sure where I wanted my furniture to be placed. The job took longer than expected because the first movers had damaged the screws when they took my desk apart. Jeremy patiently put it back together. I heard from the other company after the furniture had been moved back I think they were waiting to get another bigger job. I understand that, An answer would have been nice so I could have planned.

I can't say enough good things about Jeremy. He was attentive, careful, SO prepared and efficient. We even asked him to pickup a couch across town at the last minute and he made it happen with ease. He's an incredibly kind, generous, hard worker and we couldn't have been happier with his service. The value was incredible too. We will absolutely be hiring him again!! When working with a new customer the first step in our process is to gather information about the service request to give an accurate estimate. This includes information about items to be moved and the conditions surround both properties such as; How many flights of stairs to and from the property, elevators, disassembly, special wrapping etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Sociology, Real Estate Affiliate Broker, 15 years in hospitably and 10 years moving and delivery.
