Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

No BS and listens to you if you say you want to work toward being a badass rather than simply becoming more slender. Meghan is a life saver!! I have been working with her for one year as of this month -and just signed up for more! I have lost 40lbs, but more importantly I’m so much stronger. My lower back pain is completely gone and I can do a side plank which is something I always had to modify before Meghan. She will improve your form and is very knowledable about nutrition. My sister and my dad see her every week as well! Self care is priceless, and she is the best!
Aline is a fantastic chef and a terrific teacher. I loved my first cooking lesson with her, during which we focused on improving my knife skills (I'm traditionally terrified at the thought of chopping herbs and veggies). We made a full meal consisting of lemon garlic chicken, roasted sweet potato and veggies, and a quinoa curry salad. Delicious! Aline is great at making the lesson highly personalized and focusing on skills and knowledge that will benefit me in the long run as well. I have several issues with digestion and intestinal health, so Aline adjusted recipes accordingly and gave me plenty of tips to help ease my stomach problems with proper nutrition. As a first-time cook I was proud of the final meal, and I learned several invaluable tips. I'll certainly be taking another lesson with Aline soon. She's the best!

She is fantastic with workouts that push you and best of all she really knows nutrition which is even more important. She can help you customize a diet that fits your goals. Denise helps me stay on track and is extremely motivating during workouts. I'm so excited to continue my journey with her and see fantastic results!
Courtney is the best trainer I have ever had! She is educated, committed, and will help you reach your goals. She whipped my butt into shape and taught me so much about nutrition and exercise. Because she is so upbeat and funny, I had more fun working out than I ever anticipated! My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. However, in the past several months that I have been working with Jacobo I’ve been able to make a great deal of progress. He was able to develop a training method specific to my needs and has been able to work around my busy schedule. He has developed a nutrition program as well as strength and conditioning program that are design to gain the results that I am looking for. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his client’s development and success. I am more than happy with my progress and development, I have recommend Jacobo to my closest friends and family.

I have been training with Susie for 5 weeks now, and could not be more happier with my experience! Susie was everything I was looking for in a trainer! I did 4 sessions a week for the 5 weeks and will be continuing with these sessions. I was the queen of the "quick fix" diets. I made the conscious decision to get fit the right way. I just needed the right person to help me do that! If you are like me, you walk into a gym and see all these machines and gadgets and have no idea what to do! So you do cardio and leave and think you got a good workout. Well as I have got older I have realized that cardio is not enough to tone up and look lean. Susie is so knowledgeable on how to do just that! I have learned so much in 5 short weeks I have been training. I have learned skills that I can use for the rest of my life to truly make fitness and nutrition a lifestyle. Most importantly, I have never felt so good physically and mentally. I wake up in the morning and want to eat well, and I want to work out! That has never been the case with me. Our training has not just stopped at the gym either. We have worked out at her home gym, the park, Buchanan stadium, bike rides, etc. Working out with Susie is not a chore. She changes it up and makes it fun! Our training does not just stop after the 1 hour session either. Susie makes herself very available to answer any questions at anytime via text, email, etc. If you are ready to get fit and change your life for the better, Susie is the one to help you get there!
The information provided to me from Jeanne has been THE BEST information I have ever received regarding health and nutrition. She offers an alternative to any question or issue I presented her with - and right off the top of her head! Honestly, her insight has completely blown me away (asking myself -- how does she know this?) and then when I implement her changes, I feel great! Each day, I try to re-set and focus on strengthening my my body and immune system and each day I hear Jeanne's voice, guiding me. For example - I have struggled with sugar ... she provided me with ideas on how to balance out those cravings. I broke my foot - she provided me with natural ways to help that bone health and it worked! And when I decided to work hard to lose those last few pounds that had been lingering (they seem to creep on after 40!)...I gave up wine and she provided me with amazing alternatives to feel that odd social void. What hit me most, is that she related to my situation, made my issue seem important and gave me real tools to help solve the problem. I would not be this healed and this far on my journey to health without her!
Jeremy helped me to lose my baby weight and he made something that felt very overwhelming to me actually fun and enjoyable! Life-changing. I've had chronic migraines for as long as I can remember, and with Aaron's help, they have decreased almost completely. Aaron focuses on holistic nutrition, which is such a welcome change from most doctors and pharmacists I have spoken to about the same issue, and truly listens to his patients. I was introduced to Elayne Good about two years ago. At that time I couldn't boil water. Elaine has painstakingly taught me about food, food combinations, food preparation, and general education on nutrition. I have watched her in the kitchen and marveled at the fact that she is like a chemist. She experiments with foods and flavors and ingredients and can come up with inventive and delicious new foods in a single meal. I adore this woman and could not recommend her highly enough. She is brilliant she is warm she is an incredible chef.
