I was looking up quotes for a personal trainer online. The next day I got quotes from a few and Emile was the one that pop out them most. The work environment is very friendly and easy good but he makes you work out. Also the work out schedule is flexable. I got to say in a month I have noticed changes. And it's been a longtime since I felt this good. Thanks Emile.....Mar 8, 2014Verified
Emile from M2 is great. We spoke over the phone and got acquainted, and what he had to say made perfect sense in terms of his approach to working towards a healthier me. I've had only one training session so far, but being a former athlete I could tell from that single session that this was right for me. I would recommend Emile in a heartbeat to anyone considering a personal trainer. Looking forward to future sessions and hitting my health goals!May 22, 2013Verified
I highly recommend working with Emile at M2fitness Pros for anyone interested in making a change, bettering or maintaining their fitness, health and lifestyle. Emile has been in the business for a very long time, his dedication and knowledge is unmatched. I came to Emile with 3 goals in mind; Lose weight, Tone up and Recover my energy/motivation. He told me to give him 90 days and we would meet these goals. His price was very good in comparison to the other personal trainers and he seemed legit so I signed up. I will be coming up on my 90 days with just a couple more pounds to shed, very noticeably more toned and have way more energy than I have had in years. To go along with that I am eating better, sleeping better and am once again very active outside of work. If you are ready to make that change, have a sit down with Emile see what he’s about and “Show Up”. Showing up is the hard part but I guarantee if you do, he will get you where you want to be.Aug 28, 2016Verified
Emile has a wealth of experience, knowledge and the art of getting anyone's body to their personal goals! Going to M2 fitness is the highlight of my day. Being previous military I've always trained on my own. I found myself in a boring regular routine whereas I lost the desire to even workout/train my body. Fortunately I stumbled upon M2 fitness which has changed my mental game and in 30 days now I'm enjoying what I'm feeling and seeing in terms of my body and endurance. I'm looking forward to the next 60 days because I do intend to have less body fat, leaner muscle and great endurance! Everything in life happens for a reason and it was no mistake in finding M2 Fitness. M24 Life!May 20, 2016Verified
I signed up on April 14, 2014. That was the worst mistake of my life. Don't sign up with this company or trainer. Emile has great marketing skills and will convince you to sign up. He gives you these false promises that I am going to check in on you. I am going to make sure we work together, but in reality He just wants your money. I am a nurse, so I strongly believe that professionalism and integrity is the most important attribute to a person and there business. This business does not have that attribute. I have been having questions about my contract, and no one answers the phone. I mean I called Emile's personal cell phone. He sent me to voice mail then sent me a text message. When I sent him a text message letting him know that I needed clarity, he did not respond. If someone was charging your credit card, don't you think they would call you and clarify and address your concerns? This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a trainer. Don't fall for their lies, go to a trainer that really cares for you and follows through with your concerns. I usually would NEVER leave a review, but I am so disgusted with their business practices that I do not want anyone else to fall victim to this mess. If you do decide to try them, Ask for a free workout, and that will definitely change your mind about joining. It's a small studio with too many people and virtually you all are doing the same thing but at different times. It's called circuit training but trust me you could do a boot camp that would be just as effective and cheaper. Also, if you don't have time to watch all the videos online about how to work out and everything else, then you are wasting your time, or better yet, buy the Insanity tape for a one-time fee, it's probably more effective too. Don't waste your time, your money, or energy with this place. I would recommend Dynamic Fitness in Long Beach. They have a great trainer that really cares about you and comes through with their promises and expectations. HORRIBLE PLACE!Jun 13, 2014VerifiedM2 ProDesign's reply
Hi Natasha O. I'm sorry you feel that way. I wish you well and hope you find a good fit for your health and fitness needs. Emile
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? One thing I suggest with everyone that may be inquiring about working with us, and that may be price conscious is to start with our 24-week "Advanced Fat Loss Online Coaching" which is the most affordable option to provide nutritional eating programs coordinated with your fitness goals. Priced at just $66 dollars per month(based on 6 months), it allows a cost-effective approach to the key part of fat loss and exercise that must be adhered to for excellent results. You'll get yourself moving in the right direction fast and get the initial foundational skills in place first before spending $50-100/session (standard range of the typical big box gym per session fee) and stopping because the program didn't get this key element in place to help you see progress quickly. Once these foundation skills are in place then we can, if you are local to Long Beach CA., set up a monthly program in our studio that ranges from $199-599/month or you can remain online using any outside service to do physical on-sight training if you wish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, I have a consultation to see how best I can help clients achieve their goals based on a sensible timeline for them while managing their expectations to encourage a lifestyle focus vs. 30-day temporary solutions prevalent in the fitness industry today.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My experience is over 10 years in the military(1980-90) as a combat swimmer and 30 plus years as a civilian, I've incorporated many certifications from PT to pilates, Bootcamp, super cardio, sports yoga and course creator at NESTA of the "Physique and Figure Training Specialist" certification serving trainers globally since 2015 Daily motivation and psychology training along with nutrition and fitness-related studies...every single day I walk the talk I talk... every day.
