We met John Santos through Thumbtack. He was always prompt, on time and responsive to our questions and concerns. We hired him to gut and remodel out kitchen. He has a lot of great ideas which helped us in our decisions. He also helped us save money by recommending pre-fab quartz for our countertop. He recommended a custom cabinet builder who we also worked with. He had a great network of subcontractors. John managed the project very well and came in on budget. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.Apr 29, 2015Verified
I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I have to say this was one of the best experiences that I've had. John is on time, courteous, professional and very personable. I'd highly recommend.Nov 10, 2014Verified

I purchased kitchen cabinets at Ikea and was frustrated to find out that the Ikea installers would not install appliances or do back=splash, painting, or take care of any unforeseen issues should they arise. And don't even get me started on how Ikea was going to handle countertops...let's just leave it as it was a very bad plan that would have added a month to the installation process! So I went online to find a contractor and collected several bids. John's bid was competitive and he would take care of everything. It took approximately 3 weeks to complete a total kitchen remodel which is about 1/3 of the time Ikea installers would have taken, doing half the job! John also painted the kitchen, took care of some plumbing and wood trim repairs, and even installed lights. His team was courteous and professional. I'm actually going to miss them all! They were pleasant to be around and really made sure everything was done correctly. I couldn't be happier with my brand new kitchen.Oct 18, 2013Verified
