Dan did a kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floor restoration job on my 1928 Spanish Revival home. This project entailed replacing old linoleum kitchen counters w/beautiful granite; demoing my bathroom due to water damage and replacing and re-enforcing the floor, installing a new bathtub, bathroom counters, ceiling vent, some plumbing and painting. The floors look amazing! They are now safe, sturdy, and replaced with beautiful unique porcelain sheets! Dan also re-tiled the shower area with detailed individualized tiling that compliments the flooring. The bathroom counter area was enlarged for more space and storage and then a beautiful white quartz counter installed. He was also able to sand, stain, and re-finish the floors. I'm not sure how, but he was able to replace the damaged wood to match the original 1928 wood flooring. It looks seamless! That was a feat in itself. Dan has gone on to complete several other projects at my home, including replacing and re-wiring the entire house, thus bringing it up to code. Thanks Dan for your hard work and dedication to this project. I can't wait until our next project.
