- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is a flat fee of 6% of the gross rents and everything is included in that fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a potential new customer and when possible, view the property they intend to rent, or at least see it from the exterior. It helps me get a feel for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a real estate broker and property manager with over 30 years of experience. I hold a brokers license, a contractors license and I am a certified interior designer.
