- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is extremely fair (see my reviews), and if you get set up on a service plan (Bi, Tri, or Quad annual cleaning) the price does come down! ask me about my referral program!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an intro call and scheduling, I show up, do the work, send you before and after photos of the work, and we schedule you for the next cleaning! give me an hour, I'll give you an increase!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the field cleaning solar panels and windows! Tie this with a USMC work ethic, paralleled by none, and that is a recipe for happy customers.
