I worked with mark for 3 months before my wedding and when he promised to kick my ass, he definitely pulled through! Even though I had low stamina to begin with, he helped me build it up and pushed me to my limits, but never over my limits. His funny and positive attitude made it easier to things I didn't really want to do (like burpees) and had a good sense of humor when I liked to complain a lot haha. He also is a nutritionist and gave me menus to (try to) follow! I would definitely call him to help me train again when I need it.

Jamie Hanton is the best Personal Trainer I have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgable in all areas of fitness and nutrition, thete has never been a question I've asked him that he couldn't answer. I feel like I learn something new every single session about movement/technique/positive or negative effects of different foods or drinks/how hormone imbalances effect our body's appearance etc. We have trained consistently now for two years, three times a week and I have never been stronger or fitter than I am now. I had numerous body challenges that he had to work with and slowly and safely correct, four children under the age of 8, three c-sections, severe back & pelvis weakness and he has pushed me to the limit every time, every workout and I have never gotten injured which is crucial for me. We do a lot of boxing training, mitt work, heavy bag work, drilling combos, lifting weights, every session is different. We are constantly evolving, each session we will push it a little more and it's all functional movement that I carry on throughout my day (squatting down to pick up the kids instead of bending over and potentially straining my back for instance). He is the voice inside my head at the store or when I eat out as he has taught me so much about what is actually in some of our "food" , why certain foods are trigger foods etc, sometimes I'll send him a photograph of something and check with him is it something that I should be eating or drinking. He walks the walk and talks the talk. He is extremely fit, trains every day and eats cleanly. He is fantastic and he is a very nice person. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. Excellent knowledge and dedication towards. Got high sugars(272 fasting) in with HBA1C as 9.2. Initially had little medicine for one month and then consulted her. Started exercise and diet as suggested by her(No medicine). The readings without medicine are now 5.4. Even my endocrinologist was shocked after seeing the difference. I lost appox 30 lb since I started following her program. I am lucky that I found good nutritionist/dietitian. Below is the plan she gave to me: Excercise 1 hr daily with 30 min cardiac and 30 min weight. Diet: Eggs and nuts in the morning, gluten free diet throughout the day, salads in the evening.
