As someone unfamiliar with graphic arts, I needed to find a project partner who could not only explain and describe what I needed but also obviously, help me create it. Cassia made the extra effort to describe how her work could implement the goals I sought, and helped me understand the issues inherent in each step of the design process. We worked extensively on my product catalog, finding the right balance and impact after making edits to the first design concept. In the end, Cassia’s image encompasses my hopes in graphic form. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is different, and full details given prior to pricing will help greatly . Full details will help greatly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start by having a first meeting, and that can be zoom meeting or a simple phone call to go over the project the client is in need of. Then I will present a proposal for the whole project or we can proceed by agreeing with hourly rate. Next step would to present client with some design ideas and or what was asked, it depends greatly. As client aproves the layout then the hands on producing the piece(s) will come next, including edits/changes that may happen along the process. Final phase would be delivering the final product, being it digital, or files sent to print.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?* I have more 15 years of experience in the field of graphic design. * I can manage/create/produce projects from start to finish. * Trained at UCLA Extension in Graphics, and Otis College.
