FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved computers, but growing up I didn't know how to apply that to a career. In college I tried a number of different computer science courses and luckily I tried one on Web Design. That class can be summed up in one word - Fun. I've been doing Web Design ever since.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know the priorities you have for your website. Websites can be very complicated and its tempting to want to make everything absolutely perfect. However if you're on a budget, it's better to know from the start exactly what your website needs to do. Does it need to be functional (i.e. blog updates), do you want it simply to be aesthetically pleasing (i.e. graphic/photo heavy), or do you want something that simply acts as a web presence for your business? Know your priorities up front and you can't go wrong.
