Ian replaced a hot water heater for me, he was very polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and also cleaned up really well at the end. My new water heater works fantastic and I couldn’t be more impressed with Ian’s work quality and abilities. Will definitely hire again.Feb 4, 2020

Hi Beatrice, I am happy to I was able to help with your projects, anytime I can be of service, I will gladly take care of anything that comes along! Thanks for taking the time to write a review!!!
Professional work, very courteous and helpful, all at a great value. He found the replacement part for my washer and installed it at a fraction of the price most others were quoting. I plan on hiring him again for more work in the near future.Feb 9, 2020VerifiedSnyder's Jack of All Trades Handyman Service's reply

Ian was great to work with. Very professional and extremely detail oriented. He measures twice and cuts once to make sure it’s done exactly correct the first time. Have hired him many times since this project.Mar 6, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My base rate unless otherwise listed is 45.00/hour with a two hour minimum. Travel expenses outside of Long Beach, Lakewood, and Seal Beach begin at 20.00 and increase with distance to cover vehicle expenses. If a project requires additional workers the hourly rate increases accordingly. Projects that are billed by the piece are sometimes discounted when there are more than one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to have a quick conversation over the phone so I know what tools and hardware I need to bring, to keep the messaging back an fourth from getting to tedious. Then on the first day of work (if there is more than one) I prefer to meet face to face so I know exactly what the client wants. Once the work is finished I prefer to go over it with the client to make sure the they are satisfied however this isn't set in stone, as long as payment isn't with held upon project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?listed in a previous questions answer along with 5 years working for a general and fence contractor.
