Kai is absolutely great and very easy to work with. I needed to find someone that was able to go back to 2020, clean up my books, categorize everything and reconcile so that I could file taxes for 2020. I had a specific time line as I needed to have this done before sept, 15 and she was able to do this and finish ahead of schedule.She has been a great asset to my business and is an excellent team player. She responds quickly to questions and does very quality work. She askes questions and found things that my previous accountant missed. I highly recommend Kai for any and all of your accounting needs!

Provides excellent bookkeeping service. Fair price and honest. Very responsive and knowledgeable about QuickBooks. I tried 3 different bookkeepers through QuickBooks and couldn’t fix our categorizing problem. Kaimilie diagnosed the problem, understood the fix and corrected everything in minutes.

As someone who wants to learn everything myself, Kai was the perfect resource to hold my hand. She helped me identify some pretty big mistakes I had made and helped me make my own corrections in QB to get my bookkeeping back on track. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her to manage my books. Update: I actually just sent Kai a note to see about hiring her on a monthly basis to manage my books. The cost benefit far exceeds the expense.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My base rate is $50.00/ hour (this includes $10 COVID discount) I also offer a flat rate depending on the job/task requested.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to discuss the needs of the client to decide which is the best process to begin working together. Do they currently use accounting software? Are we starting from scratch? From there we can discuss what we need to begin working together (documents, statements, etc.). I am available via phone, email or text.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a Certified Accountant. I have been doing accounting for 34 years and am a member of Fred Pryor for continuous learning on new laws and regulations for accounting
