- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a military discount, and discounts to repeat clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone consultation with a new client sending pictures of their space allows me to give a client a fairly accurate quote after discussing the details of the exact services they are requesting to have completed. Once the scope of work and price quote are agreed upon, the appointment time and date are arranged. Upon arrival, I ask all new clients to sign a formal client contract before I begin working. Once I complete the work, I will ask the client to inspect anything necessary to ensure their satisfaction, as well as to establish a full understanding of a client’s wants for future bookings. Lastly, I collect payment for my service before leaving the property. I accept payment in the forms of cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Stripe. (Sorry-no personal checks accepted.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-30+ years experience doing household chores and cleaning/organizing my own spaces -10+ years of experience cleaning for others with various home and business conditions, types of spaces, surface types, while utilizing a wide range of tools and products
