I was looking for an amazing at home meal for my husbands birthday and Chef Rocco delivered! He asked what we liked and built a great menu around our preferences. He allowed us to watch while he cooked and taught us so much about cooking and nutrition. Then he served us this amazing meal! It was cooked perfectly and the flavors and textures made every bite worth savoring. He cleaned the kitchen and disappeared during desert and left us to enjoy his home made tiramisu and berries. Superb!

I've been working out with John for a little over 2 months now and he's been amazing. He is very knowledgable about everything fitness, body-building, nutrition... He tailors the workout based on your goals and body. In my case, I wanted to put on some muscle. In our first meeting, he assessed what my strengths/weaknesses were and built me a workout plan based on it. He is also very quick to respond at any time of the day and also accommodates workouts based on your schedule(I travel a bunch). The workouts are super challenging but feels great when you are done. Definitely recommend him to anyone trying to hit their fitness goals.
My problem was always trying to get enough food. I'm an extremely active person and nothing worked for me gaining strength and size. John has helped with my food for about month in a half now. I can not say enough about his services. I feel better lifting than I have in years. I have hit pr's on deadlift and bench already and felt great doing it. If you're looking for help in nutrition I highly recommend John. He has been a game changer for me.
His knowledge and experience in the field of fitness. The various tools and equipment he exposed me to opened my eyes for new ways to becoming more fit. Since under his training my body fat percentage was lowered to 17.2% from 21.8% which was a main goal besides building muscle. His conceps about nutrition and the body are profound and have tremendously helped me in attaining my goals. James is an excellent trainer. We worked progressively 2x/week over the last 4 months to increase strength training at my pace and pushed me gently to increase capacity. In addition we added cardio including boxing which has been great and fun! He has inspired me so much that I've built a mini-gym including olympic bars, hand weights, kettle bell, boxing gloves. Even when I had some shoulder discomfort he went out of his way to get me IcyHot to help and advised me how to heal the tendinitis. He also has great tips on nutrition especially protein intake that's important when you're doing toning/strength training. Overall I've never been happier with the balance of toning and cardio in my exercise routine.

Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
I have trained with Jarred for almost four months, and have I have made significant gains in my health goals. He is a true professional. My muscle mass has increased while not minimizing my flexibility. He does not just give you a cookie cutter nutritional plan. He instead works to help you create one that you are invested in. I really enjoyed training with Alina because she coached me through an effective work out and also rehabilitation excercises, fully understanding my past chronic pain issues and helping me prevent further injuries. I feel not only stronger, but more confident in my ability to progress to heavier weights and higher intensity workouts. Alina also motivated me to adopt intermittent fasting (IF), which has had a significant impact on my weight management and energy levels. Alina gave me helpful tips on how to start and sustain IF, which I've been doing now for almost 8 months. Overall, Alina has a very strong grasp of mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and other foundational pieces that trainers need to provide a comprehensive service.
