Sunbeam Music Lessons

Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a Royal Conservatory-trained pianist and a certified California elementary teacher with a decade of experience supporting young learners both in and out of the classroom. I offer in-home piano lessons that blend musical skill-building with creativity, playfulness, and a respect for each child’s unique rhythm. My teaching style is especially suited for: • Beginners and young children • Students with sensory processing needs • Families looking for a gentle, holistic, and imaginative approach to learning I integrate movement, storytelling, and art into our lessons to help students stay engaged and emotionally grounded. Whether we’re learning to read music or exploring improvisation, lessons are adapted to support emotional regulation, motor planning, and confidence — all through the joy of music.
