Appraisals range anywhere from $200 to as high as $1,000. It all depends on what type of appraisal (Desktop, Drive-By, Full) and the characteristics of your home and neighborhood (Example: beach front mansion will cost more than a small suburban home).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with new customers is to 1st obtain what they need the appraisal for and the scope of work required to meet their needs. 2nd is to get address to research the property. 3rd is to begin the work to get the appraisal done.
