I just have great things to say about this company, I hire Camilla for my house remodel, and she came out with a beautiful and efficient design. The team work between her architectural design and structural engineer gave me a very coast-effect result, I’m very happy about it. Plus they are very responsive, patient and easy to work with. I got my project approved really quickly. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed how Camilla and her team was able to get a couple of my projects done within the timeframe. I first hired the company to work on my bedroom and bathroom addition in Pacific Palisades. It went smooth and flawless. I took a second chance and hired them to work on my retaining wall and back fill slope which was a complicated project required by the city. After their design they were able to escalate it to their structural engineers which worked on it quickly. Camilla and her team were able to handle everything from design to getting the final permit. They even went the extra mile to get the clearance for Cal OSHA which was in downtown LA. I was very happy when they got that clearance and the other 7 items on time. The very next day they went back to LADBS and got me the permit. They care and want to make sure your plans are exactly what you want and is built safely and economically. They are a one stop shop and you will not have to worry. They take care of everything and will make sure you are given a contract to protect the customer and the firm. Their prices are very competitive. I shopped around for 3 other architect firms and they are about 50% lower than the others without having to compromise on the quality and work. I have worked with many architects, contractors, soils engineers, topographers etc and believe me C-Oliveira Design is by far the best out there. They are located in the Westside and it is easy to visit the team and office. I was able to get in touch with their team at any moment.

Camila is an exceptional architect. I worked with many architects but she was such a delight. Ethical, patient, and has a great understanding of design. She was able to transform our vision to life. Our project was cost effective and easily constructed. Our contractor was very pleased with how responsive and how her plans were detailed and clear. We will work with her for sure!
