If you are filing for bankruptcy, I generally charge a flat fee which I will tell you up front and I do take payment plans. For other types of work, I charge by the hour.

I like to meet with a client first to assess their legal needs and to determine if we will work well together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend Continuing Legal Education classes virtually every month. Plus I read legal newspapers and magazines to stay current in my field and the legal world in general.
