I discovered Dulcie and Morning Crunch Boot Camp a couple years ago and really liked her non-stop movement method and her encouraging attitude. She really fosters a fun, challenging atmosphere that has made me a regular since I discovered her class.

I came to Morning Crunch looking for a solid workout with creativity, variation and effectiveness. After trying several programs and being disappointed I was looking for results. Morning Crunch met my goals for a workout program. Moreover, I have lost some weight, improved my performance in other sports and I look better. Each class is a new experience, there is never a repeat and they are never boring. Some test my mental toughness and some just kick my behind. Either way, after nearly two years, I am a total believer and hate to miss a class. I love that Dulcinea motivates rather than bullys and I love that she supports good form and hard work to achieve success.

Dulcie is awesome. She has a fun upbeat attitude that makes you want to keep going no matter how hard the work out is. I do the morning crunch with her 4 days a week and I absolutely love it and love the results I have seen as I've stuck to it. She doesn't make you feel bad if you can't do something, but she will stick through it with you and make sure you know you can do it.

I started Dulcinea's Morning Crunch sessions in April and find the workouts challenging without being too intimidating to scare me away. As someone who has not done this kind of exercise for a few years, I am enjoying the challenge. I love that there is no yelling, only encouragement that keeps me engaged and striving to improve my endurance and strength. It is so nice to be outdoors in the fresh air while getting into shape!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    You sign up for a 5 week period of classes, you can purchase as many classes as you want to take during the 5 week session. For New Clients, we offer a $129 UNLIMITED classes special. With that deal you can take up to 25 classes (depending on location) during the 5 week time frame you sign up for. We also offer Monthly Payment Plans starting at $49/month

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    YES! I attend fitness conventions like IDEA World where I train with people like Shaun T, Tony Horton, and Chalene Johnson. I love learning new exercises to teach to my clients.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was overweight once and after I got into shape I wanted to share how I felt with others and help them get into exercise.
