Terence notified me when he was outside and that was a plus. He also came in and assessed my furniture before he got in his equipment. He took time and had patience in explaining any question I had and/or doubts. He also told me to let him know if I saw anything he could have possibly missed to let him know and he would rectify the situation. I was very skeptical to use someone online that was not referred by someone else but I'm very happy I took the chance! I may even consider a took cleaning service with Act Services.

Terence and his crew did a great job cleaning out and sanitizing my attic after I had removed old fiberglass insulation that had been infested with rodent droppings. They worked extremely hard in a difficult environment and got the job done in one very long work day.

This was move in cleaning on single family home. Terence came in and estimated and gave a good fixed bid deal. His staff was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Even though it took longer for them to finish, they didn't rush. I should say they did an AWESOME job and i am very happy with the work.
