The Act Carpet & Furniture Cleaning Co., it fantastic, they stripped, cleaning & waxed two bathrooms floors along with a church community center floor that I thought was hopeless. After a little bit of a miscommunication, we were able to coordinate a time that worked for us. The carpets looked great and they were done quickly. A bit more initial correspondence would've been nice, but if I need my carpets cleaned again, I'll give them a call!

Terence notified me when he was outside and that was a plus. He also came in and assessed my furniture before he got in his equipment. He took time and had patience in explaining any question I had and/or doubts. He also told me to let him know if I saw anything he could have possibly missed to let him know and he would rectify the situation. I was very skeptical to use someone online that was not referred by someone else but I'm very happy I took the chance! I may even consider a took cleaning service with Act Services.
