Car trouble caused an hour delay of service. The carpets were quite dirty but he was able to clean them as best as possible. I would recommend his work given the amount of cleaning that was required.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing. The company I had hired via Thumbtack canceled at the last minute. Jonathan sent a follow up text to make sure I found someone to due my emergency couch cleaning, perfect timing! He came out and was very professional and a really nice guy. He had finished our job and was packing up when he noticed an additional rug, he stopped and cleaned it without being asked, Rock Star! He will be returning to clean our kitchen floor grout.

  I try my best to provide pricing that is less than what my competitors can offer their services for because I'm a brand new company working to establish a strong, loyal customer base. I offer different prices depending on # of rinses, additional hand scrubbing and for moving all furniture.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  explanation of services, assessment of carpet quality, stains, burns and existing damage. after evaluating the job I offer an estimate of services; my rates are lower than average for this industry.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I’m in college earning my bachelors in business administration and I’ve been INSPIRED by the amazing world of business so much so that I just had to start an entity of my own. No company I have ever worked for in the past cared about it’s customers or providing a one-on-one personal experience where customer concerns were addressed and accommodated for.
