Loved everything about my first experience in hiring a chef, best decision going with chef Evi. Was a surprise private dinner for my boyfriend’s birthday . Food was amazing and not to mention her snickerdoodle cake!!! When hiring another chef definitely going with chef Evi.

I had an amazing experience with Chef Evi, I contacted her for a private birthday dinner for my husband and I. The menu I requested was A5 wagyu, caviar, salad, and her delicious snickerdoodle dessert. Everything was amazing and the food was exquisite and appetizing. I have gone to many high end restaurants, but I can say I would much rather have private dinners at home all done by Chef Evi. I did contact her last minute, and for the time she had to prepare, I can say it seemed as if it was all planned with plenty of time in advance. She was also very understanding with time, she wasn’t pressuring us to go onto the next meal. She served us champagne throughout the night and I honestly can’t express how great of a Chef she was. My husband couldn’t believe how great it all was, we were both very excited and happy with the experience.

Chef Evi was great to work with. We hosted a corporate dinner at our home for 20 people. Evi organised a charcuterie and two course sit down meal which everyone enjoyed. Evi provides a “one stop shop” meaning she brought dinnerwear, glass wear, linen and chairs. Evi was prompt with her service, easy and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend her services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service catering company, which means we have partnerships with multiple third party vendors and get some really amazing discounts with them as we have been working together for quite a while. We have a 20% tax/service/covid staffing fee that covers the sales tax, cleanup, staff and anything we purchase. Gratuity is not included with any of our proposals under 100 people as we prefer to leave it up to the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chef Evi personally works through the menu and event details with all clients. We then send an initial proposal of service and await review. Once the proposal is signed, we require 50% deposit for the total. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and any additional request costs will be due at that time as well. After service, the gratuity is appreciated.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Evi has a background in the kitchen as her mother was a chef in New Orleans. She has been cooking since the age of 4.
