Introduction: SMP Catering puts attention in all the details from small to large. A lot of catering companies out there make a lot of short cuts. We make ALL of our sauces, marinades, dressings etc BY SCRATCH! Which definitely sets us a part. We have plenty of signature dishes to choose from, including many different types of cuisines and we are always willing to customize new menu items for clients. In fact we LOVE to! Because our company was founded as a personal chef service, we also offer an array of healthy menu items and can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free requests. Using our creativity on a daily basis. Food makes people happy and we enjoy being a part of such an important component of any celebration.

I can highly recommend SMP Catering! They catered my wedding reception last summer for 175 guests. Their food is AMAZING!!!! I loved working with Valerie and Chef Steven. They created a menu designed just for me and my hubby. I love Italian food and my husband loves Latin and American food. They created such an awesome menu to highlight some of our favorite dishes. Valerie even helped me come up with with signature drink ideas and a candy station. To this day my friends and family still rave about the food we had. Valerie and Steven were so friendly and easy to work with and their staff were all very professional. They helped coordinate all of our rentals which made my wedding planning easier! Since my wedding I've hired SMP Catering for some other parties I've hosted both at home and even at work and am always happy with their food and service!

Had the pleasure of enjoying their cuisine at a friend's party (they catered both dinner & dessert). It was unreal how good it was. The bbq pork in the sliders was so tender, sweet & spicy it just melted in your mouth. It was so delicious the tray had to be refilled twice - not bad for a modest amount of people. I'm not ashamed to say I had seconds (okay maybe thirds) & I'm pretty sure boyfriend went back for fourths. This was topped off by insanely good cupcakes; chocolate ganache with buttercream & red velvet with marshmallow cream. These guys did such an amazing job boyfriend & I have booked them for a big party next year. Their prices are just great & Steve & Valerie are easy & fun to work with. Steve is also extremely creative, coming up with fresh & interesting dishes that avoid the boring standard. I trust his taste enough to let him have free reign. I'm really excited about our event now & can't wait to taste what they come up with!
