Darryl was fantastic. I am pretty comfortable with technology, but there were some peripherals that were giving me a bit of a headache so I needed someone to trouble shoot. He responded quickly, was extremely flexible in scheduling, punctual, professional, and was done much sooner than I expected. I was so impressed by his easy going manner and clear explanations about how he fixed the issue. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer onboarding takes place at the initial phone call. While discussing customer needs and my professional experience I can fully diagnose the situation and urgency. I treat each customer as a priority and we remain in constant communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in IT for well over 20 years. I have studied networking among other disciplines but most importantly, I have been in the field since I was 14 years old. I am versed in many technologies, environments, and workgroups. In addition to running my independent business parallel to my corporate experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a young child I was introduced to a RadioShack TRS80 computer and i've been hooked ever since.
