Darryl is a conscientious problem solver and provides exceptional customer service. He arrived at my place promptly with a plan in mind to solve my complex software/hardware problem then returned the next day at 6AM to monitor the solution to ensure his work met my requirements. This far exceeded any expectation I've had of as IT contractor. He demonstrates a fluency and confidence tackling a broad range of PC/Hardware/Software problems utilizing unobtrusive modern diagnostic tools. I found him to be efficient and diligent while maximizing his time and focusing on solving the problem. His rates are very reasonable and he has earned my trust and confidence through his exceptional service, high degree of professionalism and advanced technical proficiency. I will continue to count on him to keep my systems running at maximum performance.Mar 29, 2017Verified
