- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been cooking a long time. Since I was a young kid. I've worked in restaurants and for caterers. I've taken some professional courses. I read every cookbook, food blog and magazine I can get my hands on. I try to keep up on all the latest trends in food, diet and nutrition. I test out new products and recipes everyday. I can give you my opinion on what works and what doesn't.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everyone, all ages from kids to over 65ers. It's never to early or too late to learn to cook!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recently divorced mom called me for help. She had 4 children. She had no cooking skills and had never even turned her oven on. She didn't know how. Every night she took her kids across the street to a vegan restaurant for all their meals. After just five lessons, she and her children were cooking simple, healthy meals together as a family.
