Brian is an excellent lawyer. He gave us a free initial consultation, which lasted over two hours. After giving us all of our options, he told us to call him back if we felt his services would help us. After talking to several other lawyers, we went right back to Brian. His honesty and passion for helping clients stands out against the competition. Brian was very detail-oriented, and very good about getting back to us quickly. When you're in a pickle it's great to know the attorney you chose is down to earth and wants to see you come out of your situation in the best possible way. His services were not overpriced and I have referred him two of my family members. Both of them were grateful to me for putting them in Brian's hands. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney, Brian will not steer you wrong. Other attorneys were very short in the beginning and more concerned about a deposit before even letting us finish talking about our situation. Made me feel uncomfortable. Where do I even begin, Mr. Hurwitz has been my attorney for 2 years, and in these 2 years he has been nothing but helpful and amazing . Every time I had a question Mr.Hurwitz would answer me right away. If he was busy he would make sure to let me know and return my call as soon as he could. Not once did I feel that I was on my own with my legal problem. Thanks to him my case has been Dismissed!!! He made sure that I didn't have to spend time in jail. I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Hurwitz and his team. I know that if I ever have a legal problem I could turn to him and know that I am in good hands. There's no words that could describe how thankful I am.

If you're reading this review you don't need to bother to look anywhere else; simply put, Brian Hurwitz is the best DUI attorney (and one of the best professionals period) I've had the pleasure of working with in this city. After hiring Michael Kraut for my DUI, overpaying, and being completely ripped off I felt pretty hopeless about my situation. I didn't feel like I could trust any lawyer after my horrible experience but Brian completely changed that. He responded to me right away and stayed on the phone with me for a while figuring out a game plan to help me out of my situation before we even talked about payment. When we met in person I told him about my previous experience and he was able to work out a really great rate with me and allowed me to pay in installments which no other lawyer was willing to do. From the moment we spoke he invested what felt like every fiber of his attention and trust into my case and naturally I reciprocated. Brian consistently went above and beyond making sure I was getting everything complete and payed off on time which was a major help for me as I have quite a busy work schedule and tend to overlook things like this. Hiring Brian was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and if you are feeling scared or hopeless about your DUI there is no doubt in my mind that he is your solution.

I hired Brian Hurwitz to represent me for a restraining order that I was petitioning to the court. I filed the wrong type of restraining order under civil harassment and Brian recognized that it should have been filed as domestic violence. I was not going to be able to appear for the court date, as it was over the holidays and I was out of the state with my family. Not only did Brian represent me to get the continuance, but he also was able to refile the case under domestic violence and serve the defendant in court that day. His firm then represented me on the day of the case and the judge ruled in my favor. He was a great listener and very clear. He followed up with me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him. Because of his firm, I am now protected by law and can move on with my life. If you need a great lawyer, who knows how to handle business, in a professional and caring manner, hire Brian Hurwitz.
