Introduction: I'm a very good tutor in anything related to statistics and research. I'm highly trained and experienced; my PhD is from the University of Michigan, and I've worked in several universities as well as government agencies, businesses, and nonprofits like the RAND Corporation. I understand the difficulties that students often have with research and statistics. I've been teaching these subjects for many years, and I'm very adept at finding new ways of explaining things that may be confusing. I've worked with lots of different kinds of students and others, and I carefully tailor my help to what you need. I'm very responsive on short notice, and flexible in how I respond to your needs. You'll have my complete attention; I'm not part of a stable of tutors, where you may not be sure who you're getting. I'm very good at what I do, and I always take the time needed to help clients fully understand what I've done with and for them. We work together to be sure you get what you really need. I enjoy helping people to see their statistical issues in new ways, that often give them brand new insights into the material. When I can help someone to break through into new understanding, that is a real source of professional joy.
