Her training was so helpful. I recommend her from my experience. My dog Craig , (Manchester terrier, male) had a trained by Natalie when he was 4 years old. Because he has a "hyper" personality, he needed a little discipline. I surprised how he changed after basic training. After Natalie gave him a basic behavior modification, his behavior has so much better than before. Craig became more calm, less barking at home, be able to walk with owner's pace when he walk. He also learned " Stay". Now he can sit and wait for his meal even for a 1minute ! He has been patient after trained with Natalie. She is trustworthy as well. I worried about relationship between dog and trainer at first, yet she was able to make good relationship. My dog trust her, and enjoyed training with her. Natalie gave us a great experience and knowledge.Apr 5, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The cost is $200 for an hour session. The cost is $100 per night to dog/house sit overnight and $40 per animal visit including all transportation fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meeting and speaking to a customer about what exactly the behavior a customer’s pet exhibits and how to accomplish the modification of this behavior with positive reinforcement. A demonstration will be provided on how to make the changes necessary of a puppy’s behavior. At the end of the session, the customer will have the skill to continue with consistency. There are several positive reinforcement techniques that may be used. All dogs are different and learn on their own level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I began as a pet sitter in 2007 and through animal observation became a dog trainer. I am a graduate of Beckman’s Academy for Dog Trainers. I'm constantly reading new material and going to Animal Training Workshops.
