He arrived early. We discussed the problem that I had. Then he started right away looking for a solution. I needed an upgraded transformer for my doorbell. He was able to locate the transformer quickly. Then he verified that it didn’t have the proper voltage it needed. He installed a new transformer that I purchased. But, it was defective. He went to Home Depot and got a replacement transformer. He installed it and verified that it worked. Then he checked the chimes and the Ring doorbell ensuring everything worked properly. He’s a great person and electrician. Always friendly and professional. Explained everything so I could understand what he was doing. Glad he did the repairs for me. Great job. I’m very happy with the work he did for me.

Great electrician! I had a ceiling fan I needed replaced that I had tried to replace myself. Something wasn't working right and I couldn't identify it. So I decided it was time to call a pro. Glad I called Electrician on a Mission. Aaron responded almost immediately and was easy to schedule with. On the day of my appointment, he arrived on time and immediately got to work figuring out where my DIY went D-I-dead. He was professional and friendly and just seems to genuinely love what he does. He definitely knows his stuff, so I didn't have to go into rehashing everything I'd done. While reinstalling the fan, he noticed that one of my switches was misbehaving, so he offered to get me another switch and installed that too. I was so pleased with his work that, before he left I asked him to take a look at another fan whose light was malfunctioning. He took a look at that and even though it ended up not being an electrical issue (the fan itself was buggy) he took the time to give me recommendations for what to do about it. All in all, a great experience with a talented electrician who knows the value of good customer service, good value, and quality work. I'd definitely hire Electrician on a Mission again.
