FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a contingency fee, which means the client does not pay me anything until the client makes a recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak to a potential clients for 15-30 minutes by phone to try to understand their concerns and determine whether or not I can help them. If I think I can help them, I will schedule an appointment to meet in person. The phone consultation is always free. In most cases the in-person meeting is free as well. If we decide we want to work together after the in-person meeting, we will discuss our strategy and how much my fee will be. I usually work on a contingency fee basis which means I don't get paid unless my client makes a recovery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in writing and a law degree.
