- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No charge for our consultation. We work on a contingency, which means you pay nothing unless and until we win you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We investigate and establish liability, determine insurance coverages, navigate getting your car fixed (at no charge to you), provide recommendations for doctors you may need that will not charge you anything out of pocket, and file a lawsuit and take your case to trial when the insurance company isn't playing fair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
