Introduction: In addition to my 10+ years of formal art education, I am trained in various paints and techniques for face and body painting. I use face paints, powder make up, liquid make up, UV and waterproof colors all FDA approved. Techniques I use are brush, sponging, stencil, one stroke and airbrush. I train with international leading artists and professional instructors. I compete in Face and Body competitions and continue to improve my skills and participate in international make up and Face and Body conventions to keep up with up to date products. Seeing the 'Wow!' expression on the face of the person being painted. It is a wonderful job that makes people smile!

I contacted Miho through Yelp for my birthday party, after meeting her at a Japanese festival where she was doing face painting. I really loved the designs that she had on her menu, and she always adds an extra touch with glitter to make it pop! The party was a huge success and we loved our face paintings so much that we left it on even when we went out to eat later that day. We got a lot of looks and many compliments. Miho was really friendly and fun to chat with, and really generous about telling me about her paints (she had so many!). She told me where she gets them, how she learned to paint so that I would feel very comfortable. She was really patient even with people who weren't sure what to get painted, and gave really good recommendations based on face shapes and colors. Miho was overall just really awesome. I would recommend her for any party, for all ages.

Miho was a wonderful addition to our birthday party. The kids love face painting! I was surprised of how quickly she works and she produces some of the most awesome paintings ever! Highly recommended!

I participate in Face and Body painting conventions in different parts of the country and I also take classes and bootcamps with leading artists.

I do birthday parties for a baby to a grandma, corporate parties and festivals. I also paint individuals for photo shoot, special occasion and costume competitions.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Last Halloween I painted a gentleman as 'Jack Skellington' from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' for a big contest where he won the best costume. For another contest in Hollywood I painted a woman the whole body and she won the best costume. I love it when people try daring designs!
