Seth was an old around joy in all of the way through. He has a unique flooring system that takes less time but the quality is there all the way around

Our experience with Seth at Impact Epoxy was awesome! He always arrived right on time, was super knowledgeable and responsive. Seth worked quickly, and we had our floors done in just one day. There were a couple problematic spots due to some patchy, non-concrete material we had in our garage, but Seth was super responsive, and promptly came back out to take care of it. The level of service is truly top notch, and we’d be happy to recommend Impact Epoxy for anyone wanting epoxy work done. At the end of the day, if what you really want is someone you can trust to do good work, and take care of any unexpected issues that arise. Happy to say that Seth is your guy.

I used Impact Epoxy for my garage. Seth from Impact Epoxy immediately responded to my quote request on a Saturday and came out the next day for a quote. He went over all of my options in detail and took the time to explain the full process from start to finish. I initially was considering doing this project on my own but thank goodness I didn't. Watching him go through the prep work seemed strenuous and time consuming. This wouldn't of been a weekend project for me. His attention to detail is incredible. The end product came out incredible. I am so happy I went with Impact Epoxy and I am already planning having him come back to do the same thing to my backyard.

Impact Epoxy was great did amazing job on garage. I had a garage that had cracks everywhere. He came in examined everything was upfront with me about everything and did the job. I am working from home now so I kept coming out to check on him and he was just telling me about the whole process and how everything works. He was polite, professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you impact epoxy

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We're a small, family owned and operated business so we are able to be competitive on pricing. And we use industrial-strength materials made in the USA so you get the best of both worlds, an affordable, reliable product from a company that cares about you.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our first step is always finding out what the customer wants. Our goal is to fulfill their vision so they are happy with the end result. We do phone consultations, in-person (distanced) visits to show samples, and have an extensive gallery of options and past work on our website. Then we do a site visit (or digital visit via FaceTime) to assess the quality of the floor being coated. This allows us to prevent surprise extra costs for patching or other concrete repairs that need to be done. Once we send off our free estimate and the customer accepts we start the installation process, which for many residential projects can be done in as little as one day (but you'll always know ahead of time what the length of the install will be). We arrive on time, get our work done quickly and professionally with minimal disruption to your daily life, thoroughly clean up after ourselves, and leave you with a new floor that you love! (...and there's usually an exchange of money for the work, but the important thing is that you love the result.)

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Although we're a new company, the team at Impact Epoxy has been working with epoxy floor coatings for over four years with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing processes as well. We also have a strong background in customer service, which sets us apart from other contractors in delivering you an experience that will be easy and stress-free.
