Introduction: Hi, my name is Hilary, I am a Los Angeles based photographer who specializes in portraits such as fashion, modeling, boudoir, headshots, engagement, real estate/LinkedIn headshot, baby and children and more! I have 13 years experience under my belt so you can pretty much throw any request at me. I typically shoot with canon and provided quality lighting and backgrounds when needed. Being a former modeling agent, I will be able to walk you through outfits and poses and would be happy to offer suggestions on what photos to send to your agent if you are an actor or model. I have an eye for art and understand capturing you at your best is important. I make sure that all my clients are happy with images before we finish our shoot!

Where do I start? Working with Hilary was one of the most rewarding experiences. I’ve never had professional photos done before and was pretty nervous about it. When I reached out to Hilary she was quick to respond and kindly answered all of my questions. Upon meeting her at the shoot she instantly made me feel comfortable. She had the knowledge to effectively direct me (I had no idea what to do) along with the bubbly personality that made it fun and way less intimidating. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical princess when working with a new client is to make sure I know their goals and needs before shooting. I will then offer my professional advice regarding wardrobe, poses, background etc. I want my client to feel as comfortable and confident as possible. I will also show my client the photos we’re taking throughout the session so they can see what we’re capturing and continue or change anything!
