- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike other professionals, list of my prices are on my website with all the details what is included in the package (photography, videography, photo+video combo)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know the clients before we even start working together. This is not just a job to me. My role is to create the memories for couples to have and look back at, for whole life. I always tend to talk to clients first and see what can i help them with, and to determent what would be the perfect package for their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been blessed to be in this business for a while now. Every single wedding or event is new, nothing is the same. Even after years of experience you always learn something new and adjust to current trends. It's not about peace of paper from some courses or training place, its all how much experience you have in real life, and actual work on real events.
