What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include both digital copies of your images as well as retouching for each image. Prints of images are a separate charge that can be discussed on a case by case basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first go over the details of an event with a client and get a working list of images they will want. Client satisfaction is my top concern so I want to be sure I capture images they will treasure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied digital photography, photo editing, and digital asset management at both California State University Northridge and Santa Monica College.
