carmen was lovely. she is a true artist. all of the birthday girls friends looked adorable. her book of designs really helped them pick their individual look. carmen's kindness made each of the kids feel special. she was prompt and professional. her make up kit was clean and such vibrant colors! thank you carmen you made hazel's 4th birthday party spectacular!
