- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First a free consultation either in person, or via Skype/FaceTime. Also I ask my customers to fill out a short questionnaire to help me understand how I can best serve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A lot of training on the sales floor working directly with customers that made styling independently an easy transition.
