Training experience - Strength & Resistance training, bodybuilding, weight loss, special populations(specific needs), corrective exercise(rehab & chronic injury), pre/postnatal, advanced nutrition, and sports specific training. Expert in kettle bells, TRX, body weight dynamics, power lifts, weight training, agility training, flexibility. I have been a professional athlete. And currently compete as a Physique Athlete with NPC/ IFBB. First Session FREE. Come get a Physical assessment, workout and meet me, before you commit. Maxwell is the BEST!!! I started boxing with Maxwell last year, and saw results after just four classes! After boxing for a few months, I decided to start personal training with him to get in shape for my wedding. He also helped me design a nutrition program. He is a PHENOMENAL trainer!! He knows EVERYTHING about strength training, weight loss, and even how to strengthen muscles that were weakened after an injury. Not only is he an incredible trainer and nutrition specialist, but he truly cares about his clients. He is available at all hours of the day and even on weekends to answer any questions. I never enjoyed working out until I met Maxwell. He is so enthusiastic and passionate about what he does. I am lucky I found him!!

SO glad to have found Max! Pilates and yoga can only do so much... so after a bad wrist injury to my dominant hand, I knew I needed to strengthen myself more then I was. After asking a gf what she was doing because she looked great, she led me to Max. Post physical therapy, my wrist still was not back to itself so I was a bit hesitant to train. I have been seeing Max for a few months and could not be happier. Aside from dropping 2 jeans sizes, he has made me so much stronger in all areas and has made my wrist more stable and stronger then it was prior to the break. He caters to the individual client and creates workouts specifically for you and your body. He will tweak things for you and your particular needs/issues and wants you to be above and beyond what you think you can get to/be. Super knowledgable about the body and diet and puts things in terms easy to comprehend... Very professional and never makes you feel awkward about your workout- instead he encourages and motivates while pushing you. Could not be happier and can't believe I actually look forward to working out!!

Maxwell was my personal trainer for a little over a year. During that time, I totally rediscovered fitness and had a fun time getting into really great shape. I met with him 2-3 times per week and each workout kept me guessing. We did tons of fun stuff in the gym - kettlebell work, traditional weight lifting, plyometrics, agility & flexibility stuff. He didn't just tell me what to do - he taught me HOW to do it, and WHY we were doing it. Also, Maxwell was fun and easy to work with. He was not intimidating at all & he's completely nonjudgmental. I always felt super comfortable working with him - which was difficult, since when we first started training together, I was new to the gym experience and felt very weak and unsure of myself. I always was scared of weight lifting because I didn't want to look 'manly'. I could not have been more wrong! I've honestly never been happier with my body. Maxwell's encouragement to lift heavy and work out intensely helped me become passionate about going to the gym and actually enjoying it. Based on his suggestion, I started competing in local NPC Bikini competitions and just walked away with 2nd place at the Colorado Open!! I could not have gotten this far without his excellent coaching and his personal passion for fitness. It was contagious, and I strongly recommend him to anyone.

Max is a "super" personal trainer, nutrition expert, and overall great guy! I started training with him about 2 years ago when I joined a new gym and saw him working with another client applying his unique "high energy and engagement" approach. When offered a PT package from the gym - I said "yes - so long as I could work with that guy (Max)" - and it has made all the difference in getting my body back into shape and adopting a renewed life-long attitude and focus on health and fitness. Some personal trainers I see hang out with their clients during a workout, sip coffee, and shoot the breeze - not Max. When we train together - we are both there to work - make no mistake. And when I leave at the end of the hour - I and my body know we got an awesome workout - and it shows. Max took the time to education and correct a lot of my lifting form and things I have been doing wrong in the gym all my life. He has given me the tools and knowledge to create weekly workout routines and exercises that focus on working out all parts of my body and build muscle. If you are serious about getting into shape and your health and fitness goals - Max is your man!

Max is great at motivating you go the extra mile. He is always courteous and engaging. You just want to do well for him. I have become stronger since I have been working out with Max and more aware of my diet. I am still a work in progress.
