- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $65 per session. Each session is 55 minutes long. If a client decides to purchase packages of sessions, then I charge the following: 11 sessions - $660 22 sessions - $1276 33 sessions - $1848 44 sessions - $2376 55 sessions - $2860
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is free and includes a fitness evaluation, a posture assessment and a discussion of your goals. We then do a light workout and then plan for subsequent workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive information monthly from the Fitness and Health organizations I belong to. I do extensive research on every client, as each person has unique needs, and I keep up to date on fitness education to meet those needs.
