Introduction: I think my service stands out because of my dedication to my clients. Each person is different, both physiologically and emotionally. I adapt our exercise routines to each persons needs and wants. Secondly, I focus a lot on my clients posture. I strive to help my clients achieve good posture by strengthening certain muscles. My clients stand confidently with good posture and less back pain! I also am a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Because of that, I make sure my clients are aware of the importance of having optimum blood pressure and cardio health. With their permission, I check their blood pressure regularly and discuss exercise and nutrition options that can improve their cardiac health. My clients. I've been training with Peter for almost 10 years. His low-key but still rigorous approach is just right for me. No phony enthusiasm, Hollywood pretension or unrealistic promises. Just intelligent, thoughtful and well-researched guidance in reaching my fitness goals. He challenges without being overbearing, and is always looking for ways to improve my workout. (He's especially happy when he makes me sore.) Peter also pays close attention to posture, which (just look around your gym) not all trainers seem to be that concerned about. My main goal is to stay fit (and upright!) and retain muscle mass as I get older. I'm 56 and I've been working out regularly since I was 23. I've worked with other trainers I've liked, but Peter is an especially good match for me. I'll be sticking with him as long as he's in the business. Peter's flexible about scheduling, and is happy to accommodate a busy life. He's also a really nice guy, and has had a very interesting life. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations between sets. If you're looking for a smart, dedicated, thoughtful trainer, with no attitude or affectation, Peter's your guy.

I met Peter through a friend who is trained by him. Peter is a competent trainer who takes time to focus on your needs. I was really tired after our workouts at first, but I got stronger and I lost weight as well. He does focus a lot on posture. Yes he was always on time and professional, he documents all our workouts and my goals and food intake. I highly recommend him.

I have been working with Peter for years and highly recommend him. He's incredibly conscientious, responsible and knowledgeable. In particular he has done a great job working with me on, and working around, a number of special problems: bursitis around the rotator cuff; lower back pain; knee surgery for a torn meniscus. He did extensive research, coordinated with physical therapists and helped me make great progress. Generally, his training is highly individualized, not cookie cutter. And he's a really nice guy.

Lost weight! Great trainer, he is one of the smartest ones out there. He has several certifications, and an EMT. Talk about feeling save! He is dependable, not like the ones that are on their phones, calling out, or arriving late.

I worked with Peter at 24-Hour Fitness in Hollywood. I lost 18 pounds in 15 weeks. He focuses a lot on what you eat besides exercise. Plus my knee has issues and he worked with me to improve that. I know he is now an independent trainer and I highly recommend him.
