- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each clients needs are different. So having a standard price has never worked for me. I don't like to put a limitation on the imagination of myself or my clients needs. Typically discussing things via email works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always trying new recipes and tweeking them to put my stamp on them...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a consumer I love everything about the dinning experience. It bring friends, families and lovers together. So naturally I wanted to the chef that provided a key ingredient to that experience.
